
Planning Your Conference at CCBPP
From your initial idea to a formal proposal, follow these steps to ensure a smooth planning process:
1. Thematic & Scope
- Identify a compelling scientific topic and define your target audience.
- Check major events (Les Houches, Aspen, related annual meetings) to choose optimal dates.
2. Program & Participants
- Invite and confirm leading researchers and keynote speakers.
- Apply for co-funding (ESF, EU, NATO, university grants) early to support travel and accommodation.
3. Proposal Submission
- Download and complete the Conference Organization Form
- Email the filled form to info@benasque.org.
- We'll review your materials, confirm available dates, and send a detailed budget by return email.
Facilities & Services
CCBPP provides a complete venue package -modern spaces, technical support and event services- to make your conference a success.
1. Our Facilities
- Auditorium for up to 165 attendees, divisible into three seminar rooms
- Computer room with two heavy-duty printers
- Desk space and blackboards throughout the center
- High-speed wireless internet access
- Secretariat office: fax, telephone, copying and scanning
- Leisure areas: ping-pong and table-soccer tables
